What will we talk about at this meeting?

The new Organic Law 3/2020, of December 29 (LOMLOE) opens a social debate with the numerous changes that will affect the education system from now on. What relevant changes does the LOMLOE introduce in each educational stage?

The new law, publicly known as the Celáa Law, proposes changes in all educational levels and areas related to education. What values is this new law based on? Will the subject of Religion be eliminated? Is it no longer possible to repeat courses? Is it possible to pass a course with failed subjects? Are the evaluation exams for primary and secondary education maintained? What changes in special education? What about differentiated education? And in subsidized education?
In this CARF reflection meeting we will try to answer these and other questions with Jesús Muñoz de Priego Alvear, lawyer, legal advisor, author of numerous articles, books and papers and spokesman for the Plataforma Más Plurales.
