Renars Birkovs considers himself the spiritual son of Latvia's martyred priests during the Soviet regime. At the age of 35, his archbishop recently appointed him diocesan judge of the Archdiocese of Riga. For him, the weapons of today's priest: devotion to the Eucharist, deep prayer, communion and constant formation.
