Cosmas Kasonde is a priest of the Kasama diocese in Zambia.

"I want to begin by thanking you on behalf of my bishop and myself for all your support since I began my studies here in Rome. 

My life of study is proving to be a wonderful experience and I am encouraged to know that all that I am learning will serve to help the Catholic Church both locally and universally. And despite the difficult times the world is going through, you have chosen to help a privileged few like me by opening your hearts. A gesture of generosity that allows me to dedicate myself to my studies, providing me with all the necessary facilities to take advantage of this opportunity.

I have also grown in spiritual life by always having time for prayer, accompaniment and community life in the residence where we stay.

There are not enough words for you, dear benefactors, to be able to express my gratitude and know that you will always be present in my prayers asking God to bless and protect you".
