My parents and my brother gave me courage and strength on this path of formation.

Name: Anto Benzigar.
Age: 25 years.
Situation: Seminarian.
Origin: Neyyattinkara, India.
Study: Theology at the University of Navarra.

"My name is Anto Benzigar, I was born on May 31, 1998 in Kerala, India. I belong to the Diocese of Neyyattinkara. I am the youngest son of Mr. Benzigar and Mrs. Amala. I belong to a pious Catholic family.

From an early age, I got the spiritual nourishment I needed from my family, the Catechism, the Little Way Association and all the other spiritual organizations. Through my parents' prayer life and their complete trust in Christ and devotion to the Blessed Mary, I realized the love of my Almighty Father.

I had been an altar boy in my parish, and He also created in me a burning desire to become a Catholic priest. After finishing my Senior Secondary education, with God's grace I was selected and on May 31, 2015 I entered the seminary with great joy and hope.

I truly believe that formation is the self-initiated transformation of a person to become an integrated person. And it will help me to become a holy priest, one who does not live for himself but for the people he serves.

Daily prayer, praying the rosary every night, participation in the Holy Eucharist and a prayerful environment created by my parents and brother gave me courage and strength in this formation journey. After completing my minor seminary formation, our Bishop Vincent Samuel sent me to the Papal Seminary, Pune, Maharashtra, India for my Philosophy course (2019-2021).

As I have completed my regency, my bishop wants to send me to the prestigious University of Navarra and the Bidasoa International Seminary in Spain to continue my theological studies. I thank you very much for your financial assistance which will enable me to pursue my theological studies at the prestigious University of Navarra and the International Seminary of Bidasoa. I assure you of my prayers to this organization and to all those who belong to it".
