Neither I, nor my family, nor the diocese would be able to realize such a dream if it were not for your generosity.

Name: Bruno Correa de Almeida
Age: 25 years
Situation: Seminarian
Origin: Rubiata, Brazil
Studies: Studying Theology at the Bidasoa International Seminary in Pamplona.

I am certain that God will reward them.

Bruno Correia de Almeida is a seminarian from the diocese of Rubiataba, in central Brazil.

"When I was 17 years old, I entered the University to study Civil Engineering.

However, a year and a half later, I gave up my studies to enter the seminary of Rubiataba-Mozarlândia, motivated by the desire to follow Christ through the priestly vocation.

In 2014, I was sent by the diocesan bishop Monsignor Adair José Guimarães to pursue a bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.

In the years of the Philosophy course, I did pastoral work with Christian Initiation of youth and adults (preparation for the sacraments), youth groups, family ministry and liturgical singing in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro. Also with Marriage Movements, vocational pastoral and Liturgy in the diocese.

In July 2017, also at the direction of my bishop, I began theological studies at the University of Navarra, where I have just completed the fourth year of Cycle I of the Ecclesiastical Faculties."

"I am very grateful for the help you are giving me so that I can continue my formation in such a prestigious university with quality teaching. I am certain that God will reward you for the important work of helping to form priests for the Church.

I am aware that neither I, nor my family, nor the diocese could realize such a dream if it were not for your generosity. That is why I commit myself to pray for you and thank God every day for this opportunity."
