Gusner Eliscar is a priest of the diocese of Les Cayes in Haiti.
"I am Haitian born on August 29, 1979 and I come from a family of 8 siblings. I am the fifth. I attended my basic studies in a school run by priests and then I entered the major seminary of my diocese, the seminary of Our Lady of Haiti, where I studied two years of philosophy and then four years of theology in order to be ordained a priest and serve my God, my Church, my brothers and sisters with my priestly life. On August 1, 2015, I was ordained a priest after the imposition of hands by His Eminence Cardinal Chibly Langlois, Bishop of the Diocese of the Keys. Subsequently, I was appointed vicar of Sacred Heart Parish in the Diocese of Los Cayos and then of the Cathedral.
In 2018 I was sent to Rome to study Christian and classical writings at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and I pray very much for all of you".
