The owners of the personal data are informed and expressly consent that Centro Académico Romano Fundación, Fundación CARF , as the data controller, may process, communicate, transfer and, where appropriate, internationally transfer personal data, including user photographs, for its legitimate purposes, exclusively to the entities that participate in its activities, development and social purpose, as well as to the persons and entities directly related to this entity.
In keeping with our commitment to protecting privacy, the Centro Académico Romano Fundación, Fundación CARF , prioritizes maintaining strict confidentiality of all information you may have entrusted to us and has the necessary technical, organizational, and human resources to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to your data, and in all cases with full respect for your privacy.
On July 10, 2023, the European Commission adopted the adequacy decision regarding the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (BMC) , concerning the adequate level of protection of personal data within the EU-US data privacy framework, which facilitates and ensures that US companies can process data of European citizens.
In light of this, the Centro Académico Romano Fundación, Fundación CARF , will ensure that all international transfers are carried out only when the interested party has explicitly given their consent to the proposed transfer, after having been informed of the possible risks to them of such transfers, due to the absence of an adequacy decision and adequate safeguards, as determined in article 49.1 paragraph a.
