In addition to the Andean country, Don Luis traveled to Bogota, capital of Colombia, where he gave a lecture at the Universidad de La Sabana and at the Torreblanca events center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In one of his meetings, he was able to concelebrate Mass with three bishops, alumni of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacioncarf.org\/la-universidad-pontificia-de-la-santa-cruz-y-su-relacion-con-la-fundacion-carf\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"182703\">PUSC<\/a> and beneficiaries of the study grants awarded to the university by the CARF Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Don Luis Felipe appointed by Pope Francis as member of the Dicastery for the Laity, the Family and Life<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, on November 25, 2023, the Vatican announced the appointment of Don Luis as a member of the Dicastery for the Laity, Family and Life, by direct decision of the Holy Father Francis.
